Fairbanks North Star Borough
The Borough covers 7,361 square miles within the Tanana River Valley of the interior region of Alaska.  The heart of the interior with with more than 83,500 residents, is the state's second largest census area.  Fairbanks is the regional center for the Interior making it a much larger market than it seems at first glance.

Nine Star Enterprises

Nine Star Enterprises is an organization dedicated to developing Alaska's workforce through quality education surrounding literacy, job readiness and professional development. Working with children, adults and senior citizens, Nine Star extends opportunities for the Anchorage community to excel and grow.  Nine Star programs focus on literacy, job readiness and professional development. These programs equip clients with the skills necessary to find a job, keep a job and advance on the job.

Habitat for Humanity, Anchorage
Habitat for Humanity-Anchorage seeks to build lives as well as houses.  Through the houses we build, hope is restored and lives are changed as the cycle of need is broken. How we build is just as important as what we build.  Habitat houses are built with a contribution of at least 400 hours of "sweat equity" and labor on the part of the Partner Families.

Rural Alaska Community Action Program, Inc.
RurAL CAP is a private, statewide, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization working to improve the quality of life for low-income Alaskans. Governed by a 24-member Board of Directors, RurAL CAP has grown to become one the most respected and effective nonprofit organizations in Alaska.
